Hello. I wanted to report a big problem happened shortly before
Christmas with FileService, namely:

I paid with PayPal usually credited automatically done on my
FileService monthly subscription (which luckily I did monthly!)
I explain what happened.

The payment was done regularly on December 7 and then with
expires on January 7,

December 23 is the day I inhibited the ability to download
any way with my premium account, the site says "user
Disabled. "

Then I go to the contact page and make a complaint FileService
by appposito form, claims for those who paid with Paypal

I put the Paypal transaction ID, and I immediately notified that
You can make a complaint in the first 5 days after payment and then not

written in the days following dozens of emails to all the boxes
reported on FileService.

Moral NEVER EVER answered me!

What's even more 'BELLA happens on January 7th, which I will
deducted more money from Paypal for automatic recurring payments,

days after the payment, but nothing, never a response from
FileService.

They pretend to anything, then I open a dispute in mid-January with
Paypal, by sending a copy of all mail that had previously
sent to FileService.

Account Disabled from December to now, and do not even know why.

I paid and I have not received any service except for days
7 to 23 (two weeks).


I wanted to warn everyone of the problem is that it happens by subscribing to files.

I account rapidshare, megaupload, rapidshare, never had any problems.

I've had a couple of times I lock the account rapidshare
(Due to the continuous changes of direction due to the line Alice ADSL
dancer), but an API for email and everything was resolved, however, was
suddenly a problem reported by rapidshare.

If anyone can help me or give me some advice or if anyone has
had the same problems it anche'egli signals.

Your account wasn't disabled upon a renewal of your account. We don't care if you were on your 1st or 31st day of your subscription. You get disabled when you get caught red-handed.

first of all thank you reply. If Filserve had deigned to answer me in December in the days when I reported the problem, at least I understood why.
I swear on my three daughters who have never used a computer on the move, use an imac 24 "hard at home, should Grabb me the password somehow. How can I fix it, how do I reactivate my account, we changed my password with a hyper difficult.
Asolutamente I intend to renew my subscription but I would also be a sign Filserve.

Copisco not how can you do this, it will be my concern Combi passwords on rapidshare and megaupload.
I never shared with anyone subscription and never will.

@Ricky : Server 181 (fs181dm) is VERY slow

 

I'm new fileserve user, but I think it's big problem, because not only the cheaters use these tricks, but more and more simple download users too. And here comes what Ricky said above, this security rule ("we count 1 download per 24 hours for Premiums") and a dramma for uploaders, because that's why there are more and more downloads in the "My Files" menu, but less and less paid downloads. I think that is the main reason why a lots of uploaders are disappointed when they see the difference between the "My files" downloads, and paid downloads.
Just imagine, for example. I have 100 files. Comes a Premium user or a cheater to appear Premium user and download my different 100 files (24 hour period). In my menu there will be 100 downloads, but in my paid menu there will be only 1 counted download...
In my 2 weeks Fileserve histroy for example the "My Files menu" dowloads are twice (!!!) as large than a counted downloads. This 2X difference cause can't be the started and missed downloads...

And without these possible cheaters the main rule ("we count 1 download per 24 hours for Premiums") is not good. Just think about, for us (uploaders) it's bad if Fileserve has more and more Premium users, because if there are more and more, our counted downloads will be less and less because this rule. And this is paradoxical...

 

fileserve payments are kinda slow today. it's been almost a week

 

@ gionata73: You can have the world's longest password and it wouldn't matter if there's a keylogger on your computer. It is your job to secure your password; not ours.

@ Guli: As much as you are saying, it is hurting you, it hurts us even more (guess you didn't give a thought to that?). Think about the lost sales and the bandwidth cost for handing it to these fools? Trust me, we're trying to get this problem eradicated.

Your 2x difference is common. It's like that with quite a few accounts. Even our test accounts. Fails, completes, attempts & premiums are included. Stats report only count the true download count from free and premium (1 per 24 hours)

i though the 1 counted per download is for each file in 24 hours?
I thought I have 10 file uploaded, and each file is download 10 time in 24 hours is consider as 1 counted download
and the remaining 9 file will be counted as 9?

so aaa.part01 to part10 files in a folder, and each file part.01 download 10 times maybe due to corrupted file or resume error, then consider as one file?
then the aaa.part02 download another 10 times and count as 1 download.....isn't it like that?

or you mean, from part01 to part10 each download 10 times and and consider as 1 download????

10 files and 1 premium downloads 10 files = 1 unique count in stats report and "1" on each of the files in your file manager.

If your Premium user decides to download all 10 files again believing that he can increase your earnings it will count as 0 in stats report and "+1" (now 2) in your file manager.

^ think that should explain it. Basically premium downloads only count as "1" in stats report even if they try to download 20,000 files off your file manager within a 24 hour period.

 

are stats currently frozen ?
