i dont have any experience in adsense , i have a 1 year old site that have target visitors from Google and will increase more , i want to run adsense , i have these questions below :

1- Citizenship of a country is a matter for google ? for example there is no different between and indian or american citizenship to apply for same site ?

2-can i apply for 1 site and put the code for my other blogs or sites, is it ok ?

    3-can 1 person apply for 2 or 3 account for 3 sites ?

4- it is better to do it myself to apply account or give it to a professional one ?

    thank you before

1 - If it is India then it they need your site to have been running for six months (But yours has so should not be a problem)
2 - Yes - once you have one account then you can use it for other sites
3 - Yes you can, but it is probably one of the fastest ways to get banned from the program, it is against Googles policy, and WHY? do you need 3 accounts? No one does! (Read my answer to 2 again!!!)
4 - Question is lost on me, but I think you are saying do you apply yourself or get someone else to apply for you. Now I can already predict the following will happen on this thread - Someone will post saying they can sell you a guaranteed Google adsense account or they will PM you with such an offer. You can of course waste your money doing this, and then sit and wait until Google bans that account - and you will have lost your money. So do like everyone does and apply yourself. But unlike others who moan about getting turned down constantly -Take time to read Google site qualifying criteria, understand them, make sure your site complies and then apply (And only then - personally I'd ask people on her to see it they think it complies prior to applying - and whilst someone may comment your site looks nice, nice doesn't mean it passes Googles criteria!)

hello dear friend .. No you cannot apply for different account , Only one for your three sites .. Citizenship does not matter , you can be at any place in the world .. You can put the adsense code in as many sites you want

If one of your sites breaks Google TOS then yes your account will be closed and you will not be able to use adsense on any of your sites. Which is important to have good sites when you are planning on having adsense on them.

You are allowed only one account, read below is from google adsense help:

"Can I sign up for more than one account?
No. Publishers are not permitted to maintain multiple AdSense accounts under the same payee name.
However, we've provided some guidance below that may help you if you're trying to submit multiple applications. Please identify which common reason best describes your situation, then follow the instructions below."

As your site is one year old then you can apply for Adsense account. You won't apply one account to others. It's risky to be banned.
Oh sure you can apply yourself if you know the TOS of Adsense properly.
