@shams714 : Free quality relevant backlinks means you can build your backlink thas has same topic with your website and it is FREE... just like search a blog that has same topic then you give them a comment, then put one or two URL that pointed to your website.
Do the above and target some 3 or 4 phase keywords along with that. And use these keywords in anchor text when ever you do link building .
These are generic and high competitive keywords so, it takes times to ranking, better way you should try long tail keywords.
