    Firstly make some good backlinks and get your page in the higher rank.For make good backlinks I prefer SEO.you can submit articles on ezine or hubpages.Forum posting is another good task to have good links.Orelse do some social bookmarking.All these will help you to have good links and your page will automatically stepped to the higher rank.

    You can build backlinks on other sites which are related to your niche. To increase PR you can build backlinks through various article directories, forums, blogs etc.
    And thus you can get higher page rank.

    Spread your site all aver the Internet. That may be by doing blog commenting, Profile link building, forum signature, social bookmarking, web 2.0 link building, press release, article submission, etc.

    Traffic is also a good factor for PR. Use meta description properly.

    There are many ways to get backlinks and some might take more time (or money) than others. If you have the time, you can manually submit your articles to hubpages and ezine, guest blogging and do some blog commenting on dofollow blogs. If you have the money, join a good blog network, use a good article syndication service and automated backlink builder software for three way link exchange.

    be careful, google was angry since 2011, many backlink inject to our site may harm your serp, not increase but decrease, i have try it, and please use backlink as natural, so google will let you to continue making money online with your own site.

    have you maintained your on page SEO properly? if it is ok then you can go for the off page. people only run for the Off page buy the best suggestion is to properly maintain your On page and then go for the off page.
    you can clearly see the PR increasing within some weeks.
