sergei, if you really want to get some good sites you may want to elaborate on your offer e.g., what type of sites/subject areas etc., you're looking for. You could also include what minimum traffic/earnings you want. And what type of multiple you feel is fair for an auto pilot site.

It is a OneStepArcade script, modified the living crap out of it. I added links on the thumbnails, i have added a mailing list, i have added a directory and it is currently getting around 100visits/day. I have sold some text links which is $40 revenue. I have made around $.10/day on adsense (which isnt bad because there is only a banner on the left menu).

I actually dont have any prefernces. All websites with minimum income about 2k/month. Of course I'm not gonna buy websites with illigal content on it. Got a lot of PMs today, sorry cant answer to everybody...
