For me this two can do a lot since unique contents and frequent update is what Google likes. It's better not to use Black Hat for everyone's good. Though sometimes it really does help with the backlinks.
All the things you have explained is really well but I just doubt about the 6th one.you cannot suggest anyone to black hat sei hence goggle updates its quality to check spamming very well and this way it will get your site banned . Black Hat seo doesn't work nowadays...

But they need elaboration for newbies otherwise they'll mess up everything SEO is a health-like matter for website Once you do it correctly you will get high PR and big number of targeted traffic otherwise you will get no targeted traffic and low page rank or sometimes your website will be banned forever.
