Hi The only thing I would try and improve is get google backlinks, at the moment you have "0" and also try and reduce the load time of your home page.
1. Get a real TLD domain. 2. Strip your site down, it loads way to slow with all those addons/plugins. 3. Why such big text in the posts? Stick to 11px - 12px. 4. Ads placement/color is ok, but I don't know if it's allowed to have over 3 AdSense ads on the same page. 5. Skip the InfoLinks ads, you will only annoy your readers and probably not make more than $1 per month. 6. I doubt anyone will donate anything. Would you give away your money to a free blogspot blog? 7. Too long slogan, make it max 10 words. Hope it helped you. =) //Alex.

TLD = Top Level Domain. For example a .com domain. You should get one now so that you do not build backlinks to the wrong domain and so that you get PR and alexa ranking to it and help your users remember it easier. (it only costs like $8 per year) You could delete some Amazon addons and friend addons. I mean you got like 4 different addons for displaying followers/friends. You could also delete the donate button since it works verry bad on all sites, not only yours. Do you really need that "quotes of the day" on the site? I can't see how that's even remotely related. Using text size of 11-12 pixels is the normal size. 14px if for people who have very bad eyesight and it makes the site look a bit odd according to me. And yes, I mean that you chould decrease the length of your slogan.
thanks Alex so much for your reply i'll buy domain but if the blog success , they told me thier is a script to transfer all users to the new domain i deleted 2 amazon ads one in left and in bottom i'll think of deleting donation, quotes, and some friends addons i don't know what to delete in friends i love facebook , networklog, google, they all great i changed the text of site to 11 px is this better now, is the blog easy to load or heavy and is the sloagn ok thanks again
This comment is not about the monetizing, but about the looks, you might want to add a bit of color, maybe a header graphic? it seems a little plain to me!
Oh, you misunderstood, I meant that you should change the text size of the posts, not the slogan. Also, you could delete the Flasg Counter and the google friend connect, they seem to be a bit over-kill since almost no visitors care about the flag counter and you only have one friend in the friend connect for google.
i couldn't change the font of description of the slogan , it took the text size of posts so what i should do, is the posts text is ok 11px?
