Buying 3rd party Management Reseller Host Account in the Netherlands

Does anyone know if their exists a 3rd party Management Reseller with servers located in the Netherlands? In other words a Reseller Host that provides tech support to my customers.

In other words, I want to buy a Reseller Account on a server in the Netherlands in which the host I buy it from will provide the support to the customers I get. This is how HostGator does it, but their servers are in the USA. Every Netherland host offering a reseller I've contacted so far has said that I will have to provide the support to my customers (ie, they don't provide 3rd party support).

 

If you consider web servers in UK, we can provide your clients FULL end user support.

 

I appreciate that, but need the less strict laws that is in the Netherlands or Finland.
