This is my way to earn some money to help me financially pay a University course in a year's time. So, I will be offering Web Design and Web development Services at affordable prices. I can do anything from simple text logos to Huge Websites designs, from simple PSD to Html/CSS to building complete CMS including Wordpress theme making and forum skin making. However, it should be noted that the more complex a work, the higher the fees I guarantee Professional work. Don;t worry as long as you abide by my terms you will get quality, professionalism and satisfaction And by the way, I am not Indian. I am stating this because many people ask this question which I still wonder why or maybe I know but prefer not to say it (in case I am wrong) So below is the list of the Services I offer: Simple Text Logo - $10 Text Logo With a Design with Text - $15 Text Logo with an Actual Unique Logo that represents your Site - $35 ( You will hve the Banding Rights on it) Header Designs - Vary From Size to Quality of Design - Price Starting at $20 Buttons and Icons Design (Pack of 10) - $10 Now let's talk about bigger works. If you want to create a simple 1 Page Design, with a Logo, a background and some other parts for putting information etc, the price will start as from $50 Now If you want more pages to be done it will be $25 per additional page. Please Note that this is Design only, so If you will want to get the page Coded in Valid HTML/CSS, it will cost you an additional $15 for the Main page and $12 for each additional page. So for example you want a Homepage for your Fitness site in which you will write some simple texts. It will cost you $50 for the Design and $15 for the Html/CSS coding, totalling to $65 for a Valid HTML/CSS Single page design. Now if you want additional page, it will cost you $25 for the Design and $12 for the HTML/CSS, totalling $32 for each additional page. Now let;s see the Custom Site's Prices. If you want to get a CMS done, the price will start at $600 (with up to 10 pages and Custom Admin Panel). For each additional pages with different management options, price will start as from $40 depending whether it will include adding more features to admin panel etc. So basically the price of a CMS with 10 pages and an Admin Panel Costs $600 Now If you want a Wordpress Skin Designed and Coded, it will cost you $300, Unique design and Coded to Perfection .$300 is a Wordpress Coded skin without plugins and so on. If you want plugins it will cost more according to plugin price. At present I cannot code PHPBB, IPB skins. I can only code VBulletin skins and that up to 3.8.x. So, If you want a Vbulletin Skin Designed and Coded, It will cost you $250 or more Depending on the design. Now, if you want Only Design Works, Like I design and you find your coder to code, This can be done also. As mentioned above I can design anything from simple text logos to designing complex websites If you want your design to be coded, this also can be done. You show me the design and we discuss coding prices. =) Now let's talk about my terms. 1. For any work of any kind, you must agree to pay a 20% Upfront of the agreed Price. 2. You should agree that once I start your job, I wont refund you your 20% which you paid s upfront in Case you decide to cancel the project. 3. As you work is done at 75% Level, I will show you the work and you should pay 30% more before I complete the Job. (Applies For projects above $75) 4. After the work is Completed, You will see the work WaterMarked or Live (depending on what is the task). THen after you finalise the payment, you will receive the worked, zipped, in your Payment Processor Email address. 5. I reserve the right to choose whether to take your project or not. 6.
