1 hour and 20 minutes 3 times a week....man, when i read the title I thought you were talking about something else!
That's something that bothers me! I usually only play football (soccer) but when I'm in the US, I have no opportunities at all! And that's where I am! Any DP soccer players in/around Boston? I miss playing so much, I can't wait to go back to Europe for some time! And I can exercise only chasing a ball, not running or exercising in a gym, no fun!
UCA lift weights it's tons of fun. Pick up some extra's like a Head Harness 'people call me special when I use mine ' and a good Dip Belt some gloves, possibly a belt, maybe even some straps and you're good to go!
I average about four minutes per day. I thought I was out of shape but this past weekend I ran 5 miles on the beach in 95* heat...barefooted! I finished in well under an hour and didn't pass out.
About an hour sometimes 2 hours if im bored. I usually walk alot and lift weights when im bored. I also have to fight my dogs to feed them so i guess that's a workout. Today i had to clean my basement which was a workout.
I been sick for a little while so havent had the energy to exercise but Im starting to go for walks again next monday... hopefully. LOL
it has always been, the difference being for it to qualify as 'exercise' you need to walk at least 23.88miles
