I just noticed you are not quote my auction but an email from amazon regarding domain name issue.
I do aware about that and this issue only occur when you trying to register to amazon associates for the 1st time using a website that somehow have trademark on the domain.
To overcome this issue you need to register with amazon associates with other website of yours that have a clean domain name.
Once you have been approved, you can use and promote amazon associates to any of your websites.

"Android" is indeed a trademark of Google inc. but its not a strong trademark when you just use "android" on domain, you can find many established google android website using "android" on their domain and its not an issue for them. Its just Amazon associate have a strict registration process where their filter every trademark words for any new application to their programs.
