Is it the weapons laws, or the culture, or the judicial system, etc? How do the non-gun/sword-related violent crime rates in Japan compare to American non-gun/sword-related violent crime rates? If the Japanese crime rates are significantly lower from those of the United States even for non-gun/sword-related statistics, it might suggest that your anti-weapons laws have little to do with the difference in crime rates.
The above statement is idiotic at best. This statement as well is nonsensicle..... Society in general is capable of governance without a necessity for weaponry to sustain itself. The right to bear arms is suitable when adequately applied for its proper usage: self protection on premise, hunting, sport etc. - laws otherwise when weapons are an encroachment between parties as displayed at public gathering are justifiable under the Constitution for their regulation and with a wholesome society their prohibition altogether in prescribed incidences.
It might seem idiotic to someone like you, but to those of us who made it through high school, its one of the first things we learn about democracy and democratic forms of government. "In a true democracy the lower classes of a nation control public affairs without respect to law, precedents or vested rights. Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate based upon deliberation, passion, prejudice or impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences of the action. A true democracy has been shown to result in demogogism, (a country run by the passions and prejudices of the majority) license, agitation, discontent and anarchy." http://www.albatrus.org/english/goverment/govenrment/government structures.htm I suggest you google this stuff, or at the very least visit your local library and apply for a card.
I don't have an idea if your talking about Japan or other nation. Could you please explain it further ?
So shotguns , single shot rifles and katanas don't matter , huh ? Cuz they sure aren't prohibited . And this affirmation is based on your honorable forged statistics ? He's talking about USA Given the fact that until 2009 prosecution was equal to conviction almost all the times since there was no trial by jury - why waste money on layers if you're going to jail anyway . Also due to tradition civil lawsuits are very rare so although lawyers may be needed the people prefer other ways of handling the situation .
LOL what a stupid comment, go look into the mirror and say that again Why am I not surprised that a right-wing republican has such low standards set for his country? Comparing USA to Venezuela, Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia and Cuba? Has it come to this? Th poll above is interesting. 87% people say the outdated piece of paper called the US constitution needs to be amended and right to gun ownership repealed.
Should I put on a dress and makeup first? What works best for you? Aww Helvetii. Did you really not understand what I said, or is it you just miss your daily dose of abuse from me? LoL. As I thought. You enjoy humiliation so much, and will spit out just about any kind of non-fact to get a little more. Seriously bro, you should seek council for that. These perversions and fetishes can get out of hand, leaving long term scars. Do you ask your boyfriend to hit you?
Only one being humiliated and owned on a daily basis is the right wing troll brigade. Your trolling and attempted insults only seal my victory and your defeat I see you got really pissed when I called US constitution an outdated piece of paper, did you forget that they are your own words.
StOx, it IS you! If you are going to play dumb, you are going to have to die your avatar's hair blonde. You really think I the words 'non-fact" I used referred to your comments about the constitution, and not the bogus poll numbers you cited?
My comment: The poll above is interesting. 87% people say the outdated piece of paper called the US constitution needs to be amended and right to gun ownership repealed. Let me know exactly which part was bogus.
Not that a poll on a web forum should be treated with any credulity whatsoever, but did you read the poll above, and it's results? Go on. Take your time. Look at each word.
If you can't figure it out, I can't help you. I'm not going to post the poll question and poll results down here for you to read. Perhaps this sheds some light on the other nonsense you put out.
I'll post it: Would it be a good idea to repeal Right To Bear Arms? Yes 13.33% No 86.67% What is bogus?
The 2nd Amendment is not something you can repeal. It would take another Amendment to the Constitution. The process is long and arduous. I just do not see it happening.
