This is the best week for me!

 

What we need is : "Remote uploaded files linklist". But only files from the list. Before exporting list we can delete files remoted not to appear on list.

Can you make it @Filesonic?

And this "Status" column is not needed i think...


And one more bug- when you enter files manager - browser freezes for about 2 seconds... its very annoying please fix it... cheers

If you keep talking about this feature, more people will use it. My files have been leeched for years. After I realised the extent of it, I put watermarks on the pictures and videos that I posted so that If my files are leeched then I get traffic from them to my blog. It's time consuming but effective and you can trace your leechers.

 

Lol - neither am I now. I guess it must have just been a glitch earlier, but it's cleared now.
The cookie problem is still there though - try to reproduce this ....
1 - log in to filesonic as a premium user
2 - go to file manager and open a folder containing some files
3 - now open the advanced stats page - let it load
4 - go back to file manager and try to open a folder to view it's contents (must be a folder - not root)
5 - the folder doesn't open - curser goes to 'hour glass' - wait for about a min or 2 after clicking on the folder - a time-out error error appears. Try again - same result.

The only thing that fixes it is to delete cookies (and sometimes temp files (cache)) - once done the site asks me to log in again and works perfectly until I repeat the steps above.
This happens in IE7 / firefox 3.55 and chrome, and on all my machines (3).
My work-around is to use firefox for dealing with files, and ie to look at stats - both running side by side, but this is not a great solution.

Agreed. watermarking pictures only wastes a couple seconds of time... watermarking videos though is very very time consuming.. but very rewarding! Traffic wise

After releasing a tool to allow users to attach images preview to their file in december 2010 and viewing the success of that tool, we decided to give you more.

We just released the first beta of Sonic Preview that allow you to upload and manage your previews on a new panel, attach files / folders (optionnally) to that preview.

This tool is usually used to post screenshot of your files on forums.

You are invited to test the tool (the link to that tool is available for logged-in user under the Tools section) and post your comments in that thread. Remember, this tool is still a beta.
