    Hi,

Just curious if I can get any expert advice opinions on this scenario.

Lets say you have a domain ie.

    new york sale (.) c o m
Broad yields 25,000 searched locally and 32,000 searched globally in Google

but Exact and Phrase only net

Phrase yields 70 searched locally and 110 searched globally in Google
Exact yields 25 searched locally and 66 searched globally in Google

Is the domain of any value. Can it do well in Search engine in a natural way?

    I will take short answers.
    I will take long answers.

    It is greatly appreciated.

    Y

Its not about the name.. does this name match your content.. remember.. google always tries to match the website name with your description and content..

The content will match the name.

    ie. new york sale

the content will be homes, apartments and commercial buildings for sale.

Is new york sale too vague, too general or will me filling in the blanks ie. home sale, apartment sale, commerical property sale etc work well?

    newyorksale (.com) / home-sales
    newyorksale (.com) / apartment-sales
    newyorksale (.com) / commercial-property-sales

    how about ?

    realestate.newyorksale.com
    homes.newyorksale.com
    houseforsale.newyorksale.com
    apartments.newyorksale.com
    commercial.newyorksale.com

    Thanks for commenting :)

Well, if it doesn't match exactly, it doesn't have the same value, but google still takes into account if your domain name has all the correct words you want to rank for. Just people who search the site and see it in google, may not click on it if the name sounds stupid. If you see "BuyNiceShoes.com" at #2 and "ShoesNiceBuy.com" at #1, which will you trust more?
