Why Do Paypal limit account and When

    Hello,

    I Have a Free Personal Paypal US Account.

    But As of Limit issues with many people around me,

    I wanna Know why do paypal Limit account ? on what basis ? and Other information
    Can someone explain this ?

    Actually paypal limit accounts due to fraudulent and if you have personal account you limit to make withdrawal only 500$ per month until you verify your account by either credit card or bank verification,and in few countries you're allowed to have only one account per person according to the country rules.

    Mostly when it is suspicious about your cc or any of your transaction.

    If PayPal found any suspicious activity in your account, they limit the account.

    PayPal Limits the account if your account is been accessed by third party or if you violate their TOS..

    Check PP's TOs, if you violate any of the rules you account will be limited. Later if you provide all the documents they ask they will lift the limitation.
