Well, let's do a summary of what's new in Windows 8. First, Microsoft plans to create a completely new graphic interface, the researcher will probably be. 64-bit will be Standard Edition (32). We can expect a new file system and a new way of navigation. If they are going to add support for clusters in Windows 8 we also see many applications that support multiple clusters, to balance the load on the system, how wonderful would it be? What else is new in Windows 8? Oh, I'm sure we can expect that Microsoft will give us more options for customizing Windows and change many aspects of our themes Windows 8 The smarter Windows 8 Windows 8 will be smarter and take on the way as you use your computer. Suppose you start the application, it will mean that statement "important" and add it to the start menu (at least, as it should be). Windows 8 should develop or it will go down, but where to look for inspiration? New trend = 3D, supplemented by reality I think that the mobile phone can be a great inspiration or the latest hot trends in the EEA. I'm talking about 3D. I'm talking about technology completed reality. I'm talking about new stuff. People want to benefit from technological progress and use them to add applications to your PC and get more information or to set your computer to make it work perfectly with the latest 3D devices (whether from NVIDIA or ATI Eyefinity 3D Vision).
Those intrigued by the "GodMode" in Windows 7 may be interested to know that there are many other similar shortcuts hidden within the operating system. Intended for developers as a shortcut to various internal settings, such features have been around since Vista and even before, according to the head of Microsoft's Windows division, who tells CNET that the so-called GodMode settings folder uncovered by bloggers is just one of many undocumented developer features included in Windows.Such undocumented means of accessing various settings have occurred in previous versions of Windows, and the GodMode identified by bloggers was also present in Windows Vista. Some users of the 64-bit version of Vista, however, say invoking the GodMode folder caused their machines to crash. Microsoft says it has yet to reproduce that problem, though several readers have said they have encountered problems. It seems that the folks in Redmond have gotten a kick out of all the attention that the Godmode has gotten and have decided to have fun with it. Sinofsky sent a list of other commands that also create special folders (see list below). Given the Vista issues, though, I would try these only on a Windows 7 machine, ideally a test machine
I believe they are now working hard for the next new windows. As Far i Know windows 2000 is created on 1995 and launching on 2000. So it takes 5 years to build new product. I believe windows7 is stable as windowsxp.
I don't care, I don't use any of the Windows based applications so Windows 8 will be as much use to me as Windows 95. Hopefully by the time Windows 8 arrives, more PCs will be pre-installed with a Linux based OS to break the Windows monopoly.
I remember at one point there was talk of Windows 8 or 9 being 128-bit which at this point I don't understand since there isn't even much of a 64-bit standard of compatibility or usage yet. Source: http://arstechnica.com/microsoft/ne...g-128-bit-versions-of-windows-8-windows-9.ars
