PR7 site - Targeted Audience

Ok this is the first site I've ever sold, so if I fail to give the correct information just let me know and we'll go from there.I regeistered the domain about 2 years ago, but haven't touched the site in about 6 months, I thought I'd have more time for to play with it then I ended up having. IRL I was promoted and the new job title doesn't allow me to dicker around as much as I had been.

The idea was to add opensource themes in to be downloaded. Those themes would carry a backlink to WPT.

Current Pagerank is 7, It's probably going to go down to 6 as I lost the link off of wordpress.org but still have ~600 back links from WordPress sites.

I sort of made an attempt to monetize the site when I was setting it up, just hoping that it would cover it's own costs (which it has ) but I haven't done this as well as I could have.
1. To this point I've set up an account at addynamix for the rotating ads... Haven't been pleased with the payouts but once again haven't had time to fart with it either. It's turned just over $12 over the course of the last 4 months there.
2. I set up an account at text link ads, they've sold 3 links as of this month and show the site to be bringing in ~$35 per month.
3. I ran a link auction at webhosting talk and was able to sell 8 links for ~$4 a month when the site had just gone to a pr5. (of those 8 links one paid for 12 months so would have to remain in place until 3/22/07. one is also on a recurring subscription but can be cancelled. The others can be dropped or renewed)
So all said and told without too much effort it's bringing in about $75 a month. Now that the site is a pr7 those text links would probably go for more but once again I haven't had time to fart with it... I'm going to give a lowball here and say $10 a month for those 8 links. Which would bring the current monthly income to around $150ish.

As to traffic... ~5k uniques per month doing about 5GB of bandwidth.
Have a couple of good rankings in google for the search terms
wordpresstheme = 1
wordpress theme = 5
wordpress themes = 12
themes wordpress = 29

I don't know what else to say... Let me know if there's something else which I need to put down here....

As I said, I don't have time to mess with this so let's just say the highest bidder gets it or I'll swing for the fences and put a BIN of $2k.

how did you loose the wordpress.org link?

 

the wordpress dev team made an "official" repository and dropped the 8 links that they had to various others... they had one to alex king and another... I'll check on the pr... I just checked a few minutes ago and it was showing a 7 on most of the servers and 5's on about 1/4 of them.

Edit: 1/8 of the servers are showing it as a 5

If it was a BIN offer the person probably isn't bidding and it's a take it or leave it type thing.
