domain with Keywords . does it help For Seo if help. How is help . How much? any document to prove that . if we buy many domain use 4 one website . is this good
Considerably. I have had many sites rank for keywords where I have only done onpage SEO and used an exact match domain. I have continually found ranking for keywords to be considerably easier when they are found in the domain (even for subpages). Google searches will show you that Google bold out the keywords in the domain as well as in the search result titles and meta description. Whilst not essential they are a MASSIVE boost to SEO if you can get them
Although it does help a LOT, consider future possibilities. What if google decides that exact keyword domains are against their interests? It's possible and it would be detrimental if a company used only an exact keyword domain for their site. I think it's a much better practice to use exact keyword domains for microsites in addition to a full blown company website. Just a thought...
Hello Boy888, How are you? Regarding your questions, yes it does help. It has helped me in less competition niches to get to the first page without any optimization. But dont fall for that and go for registering a domain only for that reason. There are about 200 factors that decides the SERPs so this could be a reason only if the domain does not have junk or hyphens etc and is real neat. hope that helped warm regards Josh
Yes of course it,s really work.Keyword in domain name is really help to get ranking in search engines.I can give u example for it.Check this keyword on Google.com:-- Keyword:--girls room URL:--WWW.thegirlsroom.com psjailbreak
Yes, having a keyword in the domain would boost placement in SERPs. Regarding using several keyword domains, it would work only if you have enough quality content for all the microsites
I agree, a keyword domain name is a major asset in SEO IF you know your SEO. Speaking from personal experience - and I am a successful SEO - I picked a domain name for one of my own Sites that produced 70 visitors the next day after the Website was published. You can't beat a keyword domain name! (By the way, the Website is 7 years old now and never folded even when I spent 2 months in a hospital and couldn't keep it up to date.)
op, you would hope so mate, serps is build on keywords or is this simple link baiting to you sig. as you obviously can set up a quick anchor tag. Backlinks are the life blood for serps as you well know
I'm not about to argue against backlinks! I believe that both good SEO and backlinks are important. I don't believe however that one is a substitute for the other. As a matter of fact, I'm dealing with a client right now whose Webmaster is selling him BS on how great his Website is optimized while in fact it doesn't have one meta tag.... Some Webmasters still are unconscionable.
what about TLd domain, does it help for seo. for example if i have any domain premium and short domain with .it or .so? Can somebody tell me?
Still quite considerably to be honest. This is why brands are effective with a keyword as the likelyhood now is that all the exact keyword matches are taken. Subfolders with your keywords are still a help as well. Clearer Urls are easier to link to.
I'm have been learning SEO for more than 5 months, compared to others members maybe what i know still little, but so far from my experience, a domain name using specific keywords is much easier to get better rank result than others. If you want a proof, easy, just take a specific niche (you can choose specific niche from Amazon) then type the keyword from its product's name, you can see that almost in all 2 first pages in Google using a keyword in their domain name. Hope it helps.
