Hi, After the spectacular failure of RockSolidHost I am in the market for a new hosting provider. Ideally I need an unmetered / unlimited alpha plan on servers in the UK and Europe and possibly the US. I will want a different provider for each server. Luckily I already have a very good US server that has never let me down, however I may go for a second. Anyone offering such a service via PM must have a proven track record and been providing such services for over 2 years minimum. Luckily during the RSH fiasco most of my clients were on my US server and not affected and I think a good bit of advice, is to have more than one server owned by different companies this has certainly helped limit damage to my reputation to which RSH was no help at all. Budget is not too much of a consideration, however, I know the going rate. Kind regards, David
Hi, Yes I am still looking for reliable UK, European & US servers. I want each to be supplied by a different provider and each must have a proven track record. I dont want a repeat of my experience with Rosocksolidhost. Kind regards, David
Hi, Thank you for your message. I think a business can be run successfully by a 19-25 year old, male or female. It is a great shame because I think Rocksolidhost did have the makings a great hosting company, however, I am afraid I, and as a consequence my clients, were treated with complete disregard. I know things go wrong with any business but it is the way that a company rights those wrongs that makes all the difference and I really dont think age or gender make a difference although, to a degree, with maturity comes a greater understanding of what is required to get on in life and business. It is attitude and I am afraid Rocksolidhost's attitude towards me and my business was very poor and in these days where competition is rife they need to perhaps think more about the client in the long term. There will be no recommendation from me thats for sure. I am glad to say that I kept on my old faithful US server that has never let me down in the 3 years that I have been using it. I will take a look at IWebHostU Kind regards, David
