It is banned only because you were doing it against their terms and conditions.

Instead of worrying about other sites not being banned I think you should focus on getting back into Adsense or moving on.

What you have to do now is write a good reconsideration if you can, in the invalid activity part of Google's site. I'm going to be realistic, you probably aren't going to be accepted back into Adsense. Instead I suggest you move on and find a different way to make money if that's your goal. Google is very tricky and picky with what they want to see.

You can't be serious with this? They must have 1,000,000,000 websites that have adsense, that they need to check. There are literally thousands of people creating dozens of sites more each month. They had a quick visual check on your site before your first payment, and noticed it is a movie site - against TOS.

yeah.. google adsense is checked by human. There is almost impossible if the will notice very fast unless you told them that site is against the law. But i think don't do that. Because you will cut off someone income which is not good.

Life is not always fair when it comes to Google. Unfortunately Google rules and we all need to play by them or you get Google slapped!

:D:D are you kidding me? :D:D did you count all websites ? there are almost 267 million websites on world wide web according to Netcraft Web Server Survey (you can check it from http://www.newsofdelhi.com/internet/how-many-websites-are-there) . I do not have to lost money due to google's fault or lack. If they can check the website just at the payment time, they have to pay may total payment then ban my account. because their ads are hosted on my website instead of other companies, i could earn money from different companies at this time interval

Or you could of read the terms and conditions you agreed to.

You came here seeking advice, but refuse to listen to anything you don't want to hear.

In order to prevent user confusion, publishers may not display Google ads or search boxes on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colours as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure that these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.

I have just read the Google Adsense Conditions and Terms. Probably they had so many reasons to ban your account (not just Content copyright). They might have had a good look at the statistics. The site looks very busy and (junky?), somewhere I wouldn't want my ads to appear myself. To your question why they waited until your earnings reached the payment threshold is because they don't have the time to go around checking every publisher even those without potential to reach it. And you don't get paid for your hard work because at the time you were breaking their rules (unaware).

To be fair a site with 70k ranking has a better advantage to Google than a site with 270k, they might create an exception for the site to have their ads. The difference between your site and other big sites is huge. And there has to good content to get that rank.

    You've just been unlucky...

try google help forum and ask for help form reputable members. Sometimes they are good at investigating and pointing out the causes.
