Buying Websites Making Money - Unique & Good Content

    I am looking to purchase websites that are making money. It doesn't have to be huge - $30/month is the minimum really.

    I would prefer sites earning by adsense or direct income (ie. sales) but other means are possible. I do not want to purchase websites that are full of junk copied content, spam content or scams.

    The best websites for me are unique, nicely made.
