Google has legal rights to that domain, due to trademark laws. If they have to go to court to get it, you get to pay the legal and attorney fees.

    Have Fun!

If you buy it, and they decide they want it, or perhaps they want to stop you from doing something with it, well, they own trademarks on the 'Google' branding, and probably the phrase 'Google Syndication'. So, by trademark law, they could at will take it from you in full legality sticking you with the bill for their time to do so.

You can own GoogleSyndication.pl if you register it. Just hope you don't do anything with it that would attract Google's attention, otherwise it will get expensive for you really fast.
