Hello Hish i have problem for some of my files my visitors get this message from picture i dont now why

Yesterday i sign up for a premium account (180 days) on Filesonic, and when a paid with paypal, seconds later filesonic website i cannot access. Then, i ask to a friend in the US (i'm in Chile) that test filesonic, assuming that the site was down, but he reach the site ok.
So, i can conclude that my ip is blocked, just seconds later to pay for a premium account. That's really weird and in my viewpoint, and as a result that i cannot use the service from the moment i paid, this company gained money for no service.

I open an issue on paypal resolution center, i hope filesonic give me the service i paid or just refund my money.

Please send me a PM with your FileSonic login and IP address. I doubt that you've been blocked right after purchasing. Perhaps it's something else.

 

It's cookies mate - it happens all the time with filesonic cookies for some reason. All you can do is clear them and start again, but it's annoying as you loose everything and have to log into all your sites again.
Right now I can only access filesonic.com using one of my three browsers - site just hangs in the other two, but I know from experience if I clear my cookies it will work fine again.

 

recently every time I restart my pc I have to login again on filesonic, also if I check "remember me" and I don't delete cookies it asks me to login again

I'm new user of filesonic & i've some questions.
I've choose PPD program & earn some money.

i've reach the limit to be pay now what i can do?
i don't see any new part to request my payment?!

another question: if your payment is automatic, how i can reach the sum to request for example a one year premium account in Trade In Points part, if you do an automatic send of money. there is no way to stay with the money.

perhaps there is a part when you can choose to send my cash to paypal or to stay with the money?!

why not to include a check box to "accept or not" that the sum will be transferred to paypal account this tuesday or not ?!

There is no limitations, at that precise moment we had to route part of traffic on US servers because of some technical issues we had in EU data center, which explains slower speeds you noticed. It is now fixed, we also plan adding more servers over next weeks to add stability.

I confirm stats are fine too. The last 3 days got 20 sales but really bad luck (well still good in fact), 19 are 1month premium and one 6 month sales only

Thanks for the suggestions. However, one of the things we pride ourselves in at FileSonic is that we pay automatically. You don't need to request payouts, and you never worry about forgetting your money in your account. Most affiliates like this about us.

Your case is rather exceptional, so it would be best if you disabled your Paypal account until you're ready to get paid!

i'm only be sure that if i disabled my paypal account, my PPD program will continu. if this is the solution to not be paid in paypal automatically, then i will disable my paypal account. this means to not put a paypal address & to insert a blank space, i'm right?

 

Question! If i trade it points for the lifetime premium account will i still get two premium vouchers or is it only for people that pay the full non discounted lifetime plan. THanks

 

Yea just leave you payment method id blank and your funds will just build up.
