It's once time price. all vBulletin 4.x licenses wont expire. you can use it with lifetime update.

Are you selling the forum only or the suite?

 

I saw a suite for $150 on ebay

 

Magic told me to be patient for the license transfer from 24-48 hours... I ended up getting the license within 48 hours as promised. Be advised however that you will need to wait 48 hours though until the vbulletin guys respond and transfer the license. Thanks!
