Hm.. I like the site, but if the mp3s are not legal (how can they be?), you are not allowed to put adsense on the site. Is it actually possible to download mp3s from the site ?

 

mp3 download sites are illegal unless royalties are paid to every single artist whose music appears there. you have to get licenses from publishing companies to do this, too. Such sites are lawsuits waiting to happen. Sorry to rain on someone's parade but don't try to sell illegal stuff. Someone will get burned.

There is a site. Its my friends site. I am adding mp3 links from there. If you buy site you can add from there.

You have to click a banner. If you dont click you can't download the mp3.

My website is a month old. It opened in 13th september. I got 30-40 in last week.

Database is my old database. I dont spend any time or money. If you add new mp3 on the site traffic will be grow up. But noh I havent much time so I cant add new mp3s.

I sent mail to adsense and they say there arent any problem. I say again it is not legal.

This is not legal and there is no way AdSense has approved this.

you sent mail them and they said there is no problem? are you sure? clicking ads before download mp3 is illegal, also your mp3's are illegal, this is against tos, also i think you are selling because you had an e-mail from müyap, right?

i want to inform you about turkish mp3 sites, there is an organisation in turkey, called müyap, they take legal action against illegal mp3 sites and they stop access to websites in turkey, probabbly this guy's (dorm) all hits turkey based and if müyap want to stop this guy, website will be not accessible in turkey within 1-2 hours.

 

Dudes, this guy is my friend and I also got so confused when he said AdSense said it was ok for an mp3 site to put advertisement on it. But well, he got his payment at the last paying period of AdSense, and I'm living proof of that.

Well, this is the risk of buying illegal mp3 sites anywhere. Dorm can you post or PM refferer stats from several months back until now?

 

Site is a month old. And there is the referrers of this month on the extremetracking.
Sites SEO is super. All links ends with .html so google indexes fast. And there is sitemap on google.

 

I'm willing to take this at $2K, but you'd need to offer Escrow as a payment option and the "inspection period" (during which I am authorised to return the merchandise if the results aren't satisfactory) would need to be of a reasonable length......

 

Last I checked on dnforum I think someone pointed out, he had the ad unit in an iframe called hotels2.html serving hotels related ads.

 

Yup, definately looks framed since the bottom part of the google ads is cut off.

Also if you make $30-40/day that would around $1K a month. You are selling the site for $2300
