This domain is indexed by Google. I lost interest in it about a week or so ago. It used to be on the first page for a couple of the keywords in my analytics report, so it will not be very hard to get it ranking again. I have not tried monetizing it yet because I was not getting enough traffic due to the fact that the show has not even launched yet. By the way, it launches on January 20, 2011. Anyways, since it is an exact match for a major tv show, it has major potential. I am available via PM for any questions. Domain names are not covered by copyright, they are covered by trademark law. How about trademark, since as you noted copyright is not at issue in domain names?

Because the name of the show is two broad terms, no.
