Try directory submissions and social bookmarking. I doubt anybody is going to have a list to hand you.
You can also find relevant forums and post in there setting up a signature to get back links.

 

My suggestion is yes find relevant forums/blogs and post QUALITY posts on them with your link in your signature. This is free, takes time, but will help. Directory submissions you can find just by googling. Sites such as DMOZ, yahoo directory, business.com, v7n directory, are mostly high rated pay directories but worth it. You can also find many free ones and ones that require a reciprocal link. Also you may want to consider googling keywords you want to rank high for, and get links from the sites that already rank high for that (if they are a directory-type site, for instance, or if you can just pay to have a link on their site). Having a separate blog from your website that you post quality content to regularly that others will link to, that has your site referenced to it is very helpful. Starting a facebook/twitter page for your site/business and having that integrated into your site as well as blog updates. Social book marking sites are a good way to increase traffic, though are mostly nofollow so no 'pr' juice from them, but good for short-term traffic none the less. Article writing/submission is great too, with your site listed as a reference, and submit to article sites (which you can google those as well.) It is very time consuming, but pays off, the more you do that your competitors aren't doing, will be very beneficial!

 

Probably article marketing is the best way...does wonders for me.
