Buying Need Comment Section in a website

    I have a website and now I need to add one more section where customers can add comments. There should be a form for comments and a submit button. Once comments are submitted, these comments are then shown in a customer comments section (the customer comment section and form should be on the same page). I need it done asap.

    Please PM me your turnaround time and quote your price (please be realistic while quoting prices).
