Reuploading the files doesn't solve it, i did that last night. Manually checked over 50 files and found 7 of them not working. I tried re-uploading the files but then there was same error message for each of the 7 files i uploaded. So deleted it and uploaded in mediafire.

Preety bad, i paid for 6 months last week and now its messing up!

 

do you guys know of any good sites that will attract downloaders to download my files. i tried all warez sites but they suck, any other option? thx!

What a bullshit vilesonic sucks no support at all , they the don't pay always and their pay sucks 30$ for files > 400MB only they don't tell you only premium can download files > 400MB, Do'h you must be a complete italian moron to go to Vilesonic. But if you like to be scammed bye dude

With the recent change of the file manager....I am kind of not really like it,
is there a way to make it a default which all the filename is sort by filename rather than upload date???

Just to keep you posted Ricky/FS, on its 3rd day, my dowload counter still stands at "0" no movement at all.. I know its been a weekend but can you pls. check out the stats.. Thanks..

That's your Internet, not our site. Our site is loading fast on a normal 10 mbit line.

I believe it is only a few particular files that will show "404". Files will usually "fix" themselves and become available within a respective timeframe.

@ all: You guys always complain about "stats freeze" on the first 1-2 hours of the day. Come on guys...?

And we had a record earning for most people yesterday, so what's the problem? You guys made a ton of money, but somehow the greedy toothfairy took over?

stat on file is at 0...we cant control the downloading...i think it's important

ftp speed sucks...600kb every connection vs 2MB OR 3MB every connection

fileserver.com it's very slow...

sometimes take 1 min for open the page...other times not work

i ave a blog and i prefer that file name "for website" change for paste and copy to have normal link in the blog page....

and...payout for little file it's poor

 

my problem is 1500+ deleted files in month ( 30-50 or 100 daily) and none of them in DMCA.

Actually, I don't really concern about the stat freeze..It is just too often that I have already get used to it. "sorry i have tosay this" However, Everytime when the stat come back, I am just as happy as I am now. The stat is always stay on the line and for the past 3 month I am using fileserve, when there is stat froze, It never goes down unexpected, so i never complaint and I just get used to it lol

 

stats are relative good , but deleted files are not in DMCA is not RELATIVE good. How I will follow the deleted files ???? if u not put in DMCA

yes, that's right, I have expereince that problem too, I will only know when someone try to download the file and file a compalint to me, then hhmm, Maybe send a link to ricky and ask him to check.
I always have my original file with me, so I normally just re upload again, but it's tedious,

I do not which fiels are in DMCA, I follow the file number at the top and decrease 30-100 per day. how may I follow 20000 files one by one

 

Thank you for the reply Ricky and I'm very sorry, everybody must be looking at the file manager page and in fact, I still see no movement up to this writing,. last recorded download was 01-12-2010, and then not a single download from thereon. However, when you take a look at the statistics report page, the daily download and earnings are reflected therein so there must be a problem with the file manager page..

On another note, I just would like to clarify that I am not and have not complained on anything(yet) I was only asking about the download counter of the file manager and when it could possibly be updated. I also have not yet made tons of money,. I only make an average of $20 a week and that's not something to be greedy about. Hope everybody would also take a careful look first before making a lot of noise because the answer may just be right under their noses and if still not satisfied, just QUIT, no need to be whining endlessly about anything coz' anyway, we all know and are experiencing the same problems, if any..

We have tested with other hosts; they will maximum allow you to upload ~5000 KB/sec, no matter how many connections you open, where as we will allow you to upload as fast as you want with all the multiple connections you wish to open up. How we so much suck more than others is also beyond my understanding.

Your loading of our webpage of 1 minute is also beyond my understanding. Even on my slow-arse 3 Mbit line across the world in Hong Kong, I can pull up the frontpage in less than 5 seconds. How you manage to do 1 minute is a record in which you should be checking your DNS cache and your ISP before pointing fingers at our site

Payout for little file is poor: I don't know how much you would pay for a 30 megabyte file when the average free user can download that in less than 2 minutes. Let me know.

You have previously expressed your negativity in our thread that "why should anyone want to work with us when there's so many others who are better" - You are entitled to that opinion, but look at how many users they have, how much traffic they have and then conclude how much "better" they really are. Remember who brought the payment scheme to "life" and who revolutionized the way you earn today.

@ Female111: Let me know your username so I can check if it is really that much "frozen". Right now we're almost 6 hours into the day... That means whatever you've made so far today, you need to multiply by 4 as a rule of thumb. Because it is early in the day and most people's earnings come after 1AM EST (FS time), you should add a little bit on top of that multiplication.

@ pocs: "stats freeze" is issued when we can see that they have really stopped. Not because the first two hours of the day have "stopped"...Especially when most of the world is not awake. I rather call it a World Freeze.

@ Chad2K10: I can guarantee you that count for File Manager is NOT 5 days behind. It is still approximately 24 hours behind. Upload a file, download it yourself and go see.

 

considering ricky from fileserve here, I really think he is the best support across all file host, He always answer in time just when i need it.
I am just waiting for few request hehe ^_^
