I'm thinking of selling this site.

I built this site a few years ago. But I never really gave it the attentions that it needs. Before I just shut it down. Do you think anyone would be interested in buying it?

I was hoping to get $25,000 for it as it took me a long time to build it. It is built from scratch.

There's no traffic.... You're site will need to already be profitable, or have a golden domain name to fetch that kind of amount. I'm not sure what you could get for it as is.

 

It's always hard to put a price on something you build yourself.

Maybe I'll just shut it down and walk away.

Nope, if the script works properly you could get few hundred bucks on it. The domain it's pretty good but you need traffic for a bigger amount of money.

 

Why only 25000? Maybe $100000 will be better to dream of?
