I would say, do it naturally, quick ways are not always good, especially using some SEO services, as far as i know, they can bring our site rank high in Google for a while, and then afterwards, our site can be banned from Google. Just be careful on selecting some SEO services, best way is do yourself, but naturally and be patient.
There's no FAST way. Website marketing a slow and tiresome process and often takes quite a bit of time. You want to get to the first page and stay there for as long as you can - this requires slow and precise tactics.
If you want it fast then go to paid ones but I would like to suggest you to avoid them, they are not beneficial at all, do it manually.
It takes hard work and devotion to get on the first page of Google. However, if you're willing to take a risk, black hat SEO might be the only quick way to do it.
SUre there is.... Pick some keyword phrase like "cats moo in the bathroom" or "purple multimeters for coin cans". Put that on your site.
I have read some are using software in getting to first page of Google without using SEO but I think its not cheap as well
i think the quick way is to make more original contents and attract more users,that's need 6 months,but that's the best quick way !
Also it depends on how fast you mean... You could probably do it in 4 or 5 months if you worked well.
Talk about some weird, and terrible, advice being posted here. I can get on google page one in less than an hour. Not all that hard. One blog of mine, within minutes of posting, the blog post is usually on google page one (sometimes number one) for the post title. And on google page one for a lot of phrases and keywords in the post.
Ethical SEO can take some time to get your website into top positioning. But if you are looking for Cheap Tricks, I don't have any. Better to start with some long tail keywords as already suggested by iowadawg. You can be in top rankings.
