I have a small website and certain number of visitors who came from mobile phone. I would like to optimized my website for mobile phone so my visitors easily can read articles and Google adsense. Is there any free software or some way to do it?

The best way is to design+code a website that suits mobile/ handheld devices.

You need to use a PHP function to detect mobile browser and when it will found a mobile browser it will deliver a mobile version (XHTML/CSS) of the site.

You need a fresh design+content for mobile display. Detect PC/handheld device using PHP or JavaScript and accordingly direct the user to PC/ Mobile version of the website.

Automagically?! You don't have to do anything else?!! Wow!!! PHP is wonderful! What magical PHP function is that?

@horoskop - @radiant_luv knows of what he speaks.

Well you'd have to do that yourself. The PHP function just redirects mobile users to your mobile site. Take a look at jQuery Mobile to easily build mobile-friendly websites.

I think by "a mobile version", he meant one you make yourself. There are services like Instapaper Mobilizer which generate mobile pages for you, but they strip ads which god forbid should happen with any site owned by a DPer.

    Automgaically....ha ha.

I had already pointed him out that he will need to have a fresh design+content which suits for a mobile display. The next post was to point him how he could detect the browser and re-direct the user to the respective sites/ pages.

Automgaically....ha ha. Do I need to mention again that no software would do that, it was confirmed by few sane out here.
