I have had an interest in mix breed dogs and put together a site where I posted pictures of the mix breed dogs that I found. Now people are posting to it. I get complements on it but I'd like some feedback. There's alot of things I could do with it so I'd like to here what you think should be a priority. Here's the site: www.allmutt.com
Pretty good site. You could probably have a better landing page with something more enticing to the viewers, like a coolest mix breed picture of the week, or something along those lines.
Good point. The page views per visit is a weakness. I started tagging some as my favorites so I'll look into adding a WordPress plug-in or widget to display them.

I kind of like it but I can see what you are saying. I have a designer friend that mentioned that he might come up with something a little better.
I think you need to emphasize more on the pictures, the person looking at the site should be able to browse through many pictures quickly.... if the user sees a picture that he/she would like to see then the info could come up. just my thoughts.
It's getting a steady stream of user submitted content. I will be adding some content to category pages. I will be adding something in the future to have visitors view multiple images with a guess the mutt game or some kind of image scroller.
