How to reorder posts in WP

    Hi comrades,
I am not so good in WP, and I would like to ask you, are there any possibility to move posts up or down through admin CP in the WP. I tried many different plug ins and I changed the date of the posts and I hoped that it will arrange posts by defined conditions. None of the plugins worked and none defined condition worked to reorder posts.
Can anyone help me with this, please?

All you need to do is change the date of any post - just open a post for editing, alter the date and click the update button.
So you can change dates of new posts to days, weeks or years ago to move them back or change older posts to todays time and date to make them appear first.
You can time post to the minute - so it's quite easy to change the order of as many posts as you like

As I said earlier, I tried that but it doesn't work. You can see that on the uploaded image that the date is changed but the post isn't first, but it is somewhere in the middle. I really don't know why it doesn't work.

Change the PUBLISH date and time of the post. It does work, unless you have some other plugin going that is affecting Wordpress' natural functions.

I disabled all ordering plugins, I use just plugins that I need, and changed date again and and nothing happens.

Then I'm stumped. If you are telling me that you have no plug ins affecting it and changing the date and time of the post doesn't change the order that they appear, then I don't know what to suggest. And you are sure that you don't have "Sticky" checked on any of the posts that you are trying to change?

I've been using Wordpress for 4 years and that has always been the simplest way to do it.
