hish is there any restriction or limitation on ftp.eu.filesonic.com because i have been uploaded many files at 3mb/sn per file since 1-2 day ago but today i can't reach 400 kb/sn per file .my server location is german based.

hish how can i know this ftp details because i use fireftp addon for firefox and this software doest show the ftp details i guess.. but i can give my server ip info with p.m so u may find it'S connected ftp server. i know its hard way to find the details but i dont have any ideas for getting the details .

 

I cannot even upload it to Filesonic! It stops at 4% - and that is all. Definitely, something is wrong.

 

Regarding the max file limit. Don't pick any of the three options, implement different way: Don't limit max file size but change max download speed according to its size. Example:

400 MB file - Max speed 250 kB/sec
800 MB file - Max speed 100 kB/sec
1 GB file - Max speed 80kB/sec
etc...

That way boards will not ban filesonic because everybody will be able to download file of any size, but they will get so bored of waiting they will eventually buy premium...

So what? The speed is simply ZERO. Status - CONNECTING.... And that is all. I am not the first who complained. Look at previous posts.
IDM - the same problem. 0 Bytes/s

are you using IDM 6.04 build 2? i can download without any problem. you need to be logged in the browser and start download using "Download with IDM".

 

Please, realize one thing: 12 hours ago I could download, both with IDM and Jdownloader. It was far from perfect experience, the speed was unstable and not at maximum (it varied from 500 to 2 Mb/sec and worse), but at least I COULD download!
Right now the speed is ZERO! Is something unclear? This is unacceptable. I repeat: I am a premium user. Download speed is ZERO. I tried IDM, Jdownloader, built-in Opera and Firefox downloaders - the result is the same. THE BUG IS ON YOUR SIDE.
