I'm using plain old ftp.filesonic.com - this is not very serious, just seems to happen about 5 times a day or so - maybe 10-15% of attempted uploads. Also of course it might be my isp ???

I NEVER used more bugged service than Filesonic. I've got a premium account and use Internet Download Manager. Downloading speed right now is 3 kb/sec, while my connection is 30 Mbit/s and I could ALWAYS download from R****share at 3.8 Mb/s, any day, any time of the day. But not from Filesonic. In addition, downloads would occasionally stop and I could not resume. This is more than just annoying. I will never buy premium from Filesonic again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. Filesonic support keeps silence, while I have sent them three e-mails, so I have to write it here.

Have you tried to download from your browser or using another download manager? We support all download managers, but they don't always update their software to make it compatible with us! I just tested it with jdownloader and got ~3 Mb/s on a 7 Mbit/s connection!

 

It is a test now... But probably it will remain

Yes, I tried Jdownloader. The speed is 150 - 237 kb/sec and unstable, sometimes it simply stops.
IDM is properly updated for Filesonic, they have a section on their site about Filesonic.
I am happy YOU have no problems with Filesonic. But I am your customer and I have problems.

How can you get 3 Mb/s on a 7 Mbit/s connection? To get the speed of 3 Mb/s you have to have 24 Mbit/s connection.

Anyway, I repeat: I am simply unable to download from Filesonic cause the downloading speed is 5.7 kb/sec (right now; IDM; 8-thread downloading). Please, either help me, or refund me if you are unable to deliver what you promise.
PS. There is nothing wrong with my connection, I just checked it downloading from another site and got stable 3.8 Mb/sec
