    Try to use a sitemap.
This happens if you don't have a sitemap or you have a high number of outbound links in your home page.

Most probably you have focused to make more backlinks for your homepage than your inner-pages. After publishing a new page-make some backlinks for that page. you can use social book-marking sites like digg, reddit etc for this purpose as they are free and easy to use.

add some quality content to your internal pages one by one and right after that start building links there. btw, go for anchors from your GWT "top pages" report

Make sure your home page has links to your other pages and those aren't rel=nofollow links. For better crawling, try to keep all pages no further than 3 links deep from the home page.

Are you getting quality backlink for these new pages & make sure you have added these pages in your sitemap .

Try to get more attention from crawler to these pages either from another pages of your website or from another to which you are linking .

Ping your pages whenever you add some content so that search engines are informed that you have some quality information regarding some keywords.. just a small piece of information from me..

The homepage usually gets crawled more often than deep links. However, to get pages crawled faster, you need to update the content more often and build more backlinks to those pages. You also need to make sure that your site has the right frame structure so that the links to your inner pages are being found easily by search engine bots. This will improve the cache rate.

Google Crawling never stops. You wouldn't have updated your inner pages that is why they hasn't cache. If you update them even with two fresh lines they will be indexed in two or tree days.

i think the answers you got are great and worthy as site map makes the crawler to index what you want to get indexed make a fresh site map and resubmit it again.

I don't think so that there is such kind of problem with Google. Some time Google takes a little more bit time for caching, so don't get worried about that. just keep your optimization continuous.

This is general thing that inner pages are less crawl in comparison of index page but If you want frequent caching of your internal pages then you need to promote them equally as you work for home page and collect more backlink for inner pages.
