Hi All I am researching seo prices - but dont want to approach any seo companies just yet... Can anyone outline typical prices for an seo campaign...By this I mean the market average for "keyword analysis + setup" and the monthly retainer (I assume all seo companies will want a per month fee onwards to keep writing articles/blogs etc..) I know it will vary, but I am talking about a medium sized business on a moderately competitive keyword...nothing silly like "car insurance" or "mortgage".... Thanks Rob
i heard some SEO charge the price based on the competition of the keyword....so i think it mgith vary
Right, Prices do depends upon competition, because for high competition, more work is needed so the prices.
Rob, There is no universal pricing, there is no market average. Every site is different, every SEO copany is different, every SEO campaign is different. Most SEO companies offer you a some kind of a package. I suggest you get a quote from as many companies as possible, and compare what exactly is it that they offer. Stick with some reputable SEO companies, and avoid cheap offshore ones, they are just not worth it. For a mid sized business, on a moderately competitive keyword (just one?) probably about $200-$500 a month.
It is dependent upon your niche. there are various SEO companies who are taking the project with guaranteed Google 1st page ranking however they are charging a lot of money. If you are having a basic knowledge of SEO then you can buy different things from different persons. Like backlinks from one place and quality content from other.
PRice depends on what keyword you are targeting and in which market. It also depends on company you are approaching. I mean small SEO firm will charge less than big one for the same task. There is no universal standard for SEO pricing.
