have you try to install a fresh wp ? does it still have a slow loading ?

You really should post this in the Services section. Remember that "Good" and "Cheap" rarely go well together depending on your definition of what "Cheap" is.
And be careful just giving your log in information to just anyone. Could turn out to be disastrous if you let the wrong person into your site.
Do your due diligence and check people out first. Just because this is a webmaster forum doesn't mean everyone is trustworthy, or knows what they are doing.

 

Just updated wp to current version yesterday. Called GoDaddy and, while they see some minor slowing of the server, not enough to explain this problem.

 

Wordpress on shared hosting can be slow, depending on why you are with. Using Buddypress or MU functions on a shared server is definitely slow moving and MU is not recommended at all on shared hosting.
