I found the solution to this problem, custom post thumbnail feature available on WordPress version 3+, so don't need custom field anymore. if you look at the lower right corner on edit post panel. Thumbnail feature is available.
when my thumb doesn't appear on my wordpress theme, i add this code to my htaccess SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off and it's work
It might work, but why turn of Security features? Pretty reckless of you to even suggest such a thing. And, I think that has something to do with Ajax image uploads and not the WordPress thumbnail feature.
