"In fact, the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God. They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me." - John 16:2-3

The purpose of this thread is not to condemn the Muslim people living in Egypt but to reflect the Evil roots of Islamic corruption that has been increasing in Egypt in the past years. If you were not following, please read here

21 Coptic Christians killed and at least 100 injured.

This is a case where the government, the media and the terrorists are against the Christian minority in Egypt. There is nothing more disgusting and inhumane than ruining a holy day that people passionately await for annually to celebrate with their families.

I just felt I needed to post this. I have nothing more to say for such a sad event other than to pray for blessing.

May God bless his people and free those who are blinded by the evil roots of Islam,

    Luke

My deepest sympathy to the Coptic Christians killed, and injured in Egypt, and to their families as well. Beyond the bombing, it appears Christians in Egypt face continual discrimination by even the government of Egypt itself.

I look forward to the day we're emotionally mature enough we do not deviced each other up by color or faith and instead of calling ourselves Muslims, Jewish, Christians, Black or White we can start calling ourselfs human beings.

Sometimes the problem is not the religion itself, it's the people. Some people are just taking things to the extreme without thinking the consequences. What a shame.

Those extermists people were not born monsters. God did not make us to kill each other. Satanic teachings that encourage killing and hatred against others is what leads those people to go insane.

I disagree, I think they are vulnerable targets. They would of been picked out, be-friended as it's known. Then made to feel like they're special and Allah has something special waiting for them. These people very good con-artists. They'll find your weak spots and exploit them. Most of these people aren't even muslims but claim to be muslims, I've heard some extremeists to be drug addicts and alcoholics does that sound like a muslim to you?

There is a big difference between a Westernized Muslim, regular Muslim and an Extremist. They all follow the same teachings, it depends on how strictly they interpret it and who is brainwashing them.

If you've ever read the Qur'an it has been written and designed in such a way that it can be interpreted a thousand ways. When you have something like that at your disposal, it's very easy to start taking things out of context, easy to corrupt the mind of a young naive muslim. It's a trust thing, and like I said before they use tatics such as making friends with you and son on and so forth. The people you find doing this con-artistry, you'll never find them with a bomb belt straped to them.

I just watched the video for the first time and it appears that those Coptic Christians are very aggressive people.

    Anyway.

@Luke - Would you please be so kind to explain why Jesus preached to slay those who reject him?

"But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me." (Luke 19:11-27)

Sure I can explain but that does not belong here. After reading my thread about the nature of Islamic violence and prosecution of Christians in their own land, you immediately try find a pathetic way to indicate that Christianity is based on violence too (evident from the verse you posted out of context). We both know that is not the case and no matter how much you read between the lines, you won't reach it. Instead, you should come up with a reasonable argument about the situation of the main subject of the thread.

You don't want to explain why your God is commanding bible followers to be violent and barbaric? That's fine, no problem.

Let's put it in simple terms :

A New Year's Eve mass turned into a bloody massacre. What's in for Egypt? Religious discrimination, torture, and slaughter.

Just to let you know, this is what one of our Scholars had to say regarding the bombing in Alexandria:

"Verily the shedding of blood and the wrongful murder of innocent people is something not accepted by divine legislation or sound reason. Islam is not a religion [that condones] these bombings and it does not allow the targeting of the places of worship of the non-Muslims. And what happened [i.e. in Alexandria] is saddening and unfortunate.' The Mufti (Saudi Arabia), Shaykh Abdul 'Azeez Aal Ash-Shaykh

So your claims of Islaam being evil and violent etc, are simply wrong, criticize the followers but not the religion itself.

I know you can visit some hate sites and copy and paste large amounts of "what look like" Qur'aan verses calling for violence, but they can all be explained, just like you can probably explain some of the "what look" like violent verses/passages in the bible.

So all I'm saying is be fair.

    :)

A bunch of Muslim Jihad Nazis. Lets not forget the Jihad helped Hitlers SS in the 1940s. Look it up if you dont believe me. They bomb in the name of Allah when he himself calls it a sin!

Islam started in 622 A.D thats 622 years after Christianity.

Lets not bomb Christians because the archangel Gabriel who gave Mohammed the Koran was dear friends with Jesus. Michael the archangel is Gabriel's general in the battle of evil. Michael would have to weigh your very soul at the gates of heaven.
