    Yes, the majority comes from search engines (Tip: Organic traffic converts the best: Which increases your EPC)
    All kinds of websites, mostly gaming, investment, entertainment and some others :)

    It varies from different sites I operate - but the sites that bring in the most revenue have approximately 50% organic, 30% referred traffic and the rest direct/no referral.

    That's true, a banned account can not be re-activated from what I know. Perhaps it can, but I think it's very rare to say the least.
