Ranking and inbound links

Hi,

Can anybody tell me how to check the ranking of my web pages with the search engines, and also how to know the number of inbound links to my website? Are there any tools or services one can use?

I using proprietary software do the search as its more accurate compare to free.
You can use this free backlinkwatch.com

 

for inbound link checks you can use yahoo explorer.
for rank check its best to use software like IBP etc.

 

Take a look at Google's WEBMASTER TOOLS app. You'll learn a lot directly from the SE itself using their own tool.
It'll also tell you if there are any problems with your site, how it ranks in speed, keywords used (and what page # they show on), etc.

 

inbound links can be checked here though, ranking no idea

You can type in your website using quotes in google. You can also explore your site on yahoo site explorer.
