Can I place "OUR SPONSORS" above my adsense ads?

    Hi,


    Can I place "OUR SPONSORS" or "my website's sponsors" above my adsense ads?

    Is it legal or Google will disable my account...

    I have never placed that kind of text, but I have seen that some websites are using this kinds of text like "Sponsors" or "Our Sponsors" and so on. But I am not sure that It's legal or illegal.

    You can place that i think.
    Google dont like anything that might ask visitors to click on ads thats all.

    There are some situations where Google will send you a warning email if you don't add such a notice above your ads. This typically happens with sidebars from what I've seen.

    Please go to google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=48182 and look at the section "Encouraging Clicks" - it is clearly mentioned there that :-

    In order to ensure a good experience for users and advertisers, publishers participating in the AdSense program may not:
    Place misleading labels above Google ad units. For instance, ads may be labelled "Sponsored Links" or "Advertisements", but not "Favourite Sites" or "Today's Top Offers".
