Pretty Pointless! Digital Point doesnt ban someone if he has scammed anyone but only unless the person has harmed DP, or done something stupid that affects DP like spamming/ breaking rules of DP and not of trading. However I saw that he had issued refund to all, with a thread of himself, there is simply no point of this poll. Pretty useless, moreover after that refund thingy, geez! I'm sure that he isnt going to be banned due to this thread even if everyone votes yes. Too bad!
I have been following several threads concerning this user, and what I want cleared up in my own mind is: how did this guy scam? I saw several users state that his PR was fake for his site. But how? Every tool I used to look up his PR showed he did indeed have a PR 6. Well, half of the datacenters did because of the wacky PR update I'm assuming (just like my site is doing right now). Can someone clarify this for me so I spot this in the future and avoid it? And, for example, what if I wanted to sell links on my PR2 site, but only half of the datacenters are showing a PR2, so some tools might see a 0, is that scamming someone because Google hasn't fully updated my site yet? Just a hypothetical question....
That, on the other hand, might be something DP leaders want to check out. Scammers with high iTrader defeat the purpose of the system.
To avoid people calling you scammer, just put it in your thread, a url to a few data centers that show PR 2.... and saying that a full update via google hasnt been made.... so that will help. check iwebtool.com prchecker.info
It was not one post it was more then one. He asked how to spam people he did not want to refund and more. After i started go after him with red he has changed his mind and paid the refund (to some). Sure let him work his way up to green once more if he can. Let him prove himself. As some one said DP does not ban if it not hurts DP. So we, the users have to do something to warn others. And you can not warn others by not talking about it. If the matter started on DP it is ok but if the matter is brought in from outside DP like scriptlance or something and then brought up in DP thats another thing that should be resovled in private. The post was already long time ago reported to MOD. I think he and people now know that he is not to be trusted for a while if he get enough red he will get banned anyway.
