    Hello,

I believe I am not receiving any sort of notifications mail from DP to my assigned email since last 2-3 days if I'm right. No matter it's for PM or some posts from the thread I'm subscribed with, I'm not getting any of them. Yes, I am aware of its setting from the "Setting Section". I have never changed them and just to ensure if something had gone wrong, I rechecked them again but it seems just fine. I'd heartily appreciate if someone would help me with this. Also, is there any odds that my account is having some sort of unexpected issue in here and maybe just a few clicks from Mods would be the solution to this?

    Greetings to You,
    Rosn

Step one: See if ISP is blocking as spam.

I checked the mail server logs, and you are receiving email from us. I can see they were accepted by your mail provider for delivery, but what they do with it after that is out of our control. Did you check your spam folder?

I never expected the notifications of DP to be in spam and thus, didn't bothered so far but now that I checked, I can see all of them just fine and unread in spam section. I'm just wondering how to get it back to normal. Any idea?

Maybe mark "not as spam" in your email system and hopefully it will learn?

Thanks a million. Working just fine now. I guess I might have mistakenly marked any of the DP notifications as spam and thus, all this happened. Anyway, Thanks again!
