How can i prove paypal that mine e-book is sent to buyer !!!

    How can i prove paypal that mine e-book is sent to buyer this im asking because of scammers out there and i have faced them now i have saled 99 $ digital product which is e-book and now he has claimed case on me that product not received lol what a mess and im in big trouble cause im on the legit side and send him his product via ejunkie automatic download process which is when buyer completes payment automatically buyer gets download link or even suggest if i send him his guide via email then how do i show paypal that its sent to buyer ...

    just suggest me how come i prove now the digital product is send to the buyer ...

    plz read my post fully friend before asking anything ...

    I mean if i sale any e-book and scammer buyer claims a case and asked refund the how come i prove paypal that i have send the buyer his e-book via email or via automatic download process after payment ...

    You should have some notification to the buyer. Maybe if you send it via e-mail, or give code via e-mail or something like that.
    usually I faced some problems with similar things and attached in the paypal statement proves of e-mails, chats and whatever I have.

    Paypal does not provide any support really for selling digital items. You can try contacting paypal and showing them you emailed the buyer what he was supposed to receive but they still might side with the buyer

    Use provider like e-junkie or something else that similiar, so you will have any transaction and deliver ID to proof that you already send the ebook.

    Read around for ebay digital goods policy, you need to provide some trackable info like shipping code etc.
    Best bet, as said by gov, use sites like ejunkie, keeps you safe :)
