+1 Agreed. Was this just a test to see if they comply to their privacy policy? You need to be able to fork out some information, if you want them to do the same. No access to the CC, no access your registered e-mail addresss (which should be easily recoverable), no mic/phone, maybe you have access to your PayPal? Just as a tip, if you have a pair of headphones, you can plug it into the MIC audio jack on your computer, and then use the left headphone as a MIC (yes, you can use headphones as a microphone).
My friend registered my hosting. I really did loose my password. I already knew I wasn't going to recover my password through chat support. I did it for entertainment basicly. I am still waiting for my friend to get online so I can get my password emailed to me. He's at work now.
How old are you? You so free to prank on the chat? Did you know its ethical wrong to do this. You'll make other HG client that have urgent matter to resolve to get "Please wait,our CS is busy" message. Just put yourself in the shoes of other people before you make anything silly thing.
I do completely agree, however: Doesn't look like they'll be running out of support agents anytime soon...and even if 1 of those 111 are tied up, I'm sure one would free up in no time
