Is it true that face book will shut down and not be around after the 1st ? And i'am trying to keep it alive and I want to make sure they are just redesigning it and it will be back up and running. is the information posted in all the sites are true? Please advise !!!!! Starting to panic

No. It is not going to shut down and people are very gullible these days. Believing anything you hear is not a good thing. If you think logically, why would Facebook shut down? The billions of dollars of money which will double in the next few years is not worth it? In any case, Facebook have confirmed that they are not shutting down.
I have read it in a local news in our country and they said that Facebook team said that such type of news are just hoax so their is no truth to that rumors I have also read that Facebook is worth 50 plus Billion now so I dont think they would shut down
