    I am looking for a cheap content writer from india or Phillipines.

    Please get back to me with your monthly salary expectation for working 4 hours a day, 6 days a week.

    I am not looking to pay per article.... I need to know your monthly salary expectation.

    The work will include some writing, rewriting and some other miscellaneous work

    Show me samples of your work.

    But seriously, have you tried odesk? They have applications using which you can actually see or follow that the person you hired is working, rather than slacking off ( during the work hours).

    It is strange that you intend to pay per month rather than choose to pay for the work actually done.
